Customer Service doesn't exist!
Placed an order and chose the delivery option of 1pm delivery. Delivery still not arrived by 11pm. When speaking to advisor JEET CHANDRAKANT I was told that they couldn't deliver to the amazon locker as they were all full. And I would receive my delivery in 48hrs. I pay for prime which is supposed to give you access to next day delivery so I could order a new one and have it delivered before my original package arrived. The advisor JEET CHANDRAKANT just kept repeating the same phrase "thisp has been raised with the relevant team and you will receive your item in 48hrs". When asked how this is supposed to benefit the customer, I was given the reply of "I am not authorised for this". So basically amazon customer services aren't able to provide customer service or satisfaction! Who knew!

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that Amazon Prime has gone completely "Woke". What a shame that my family and I try to watch a good wholesome movie on Amazon Prime and we have to be exposed to ads displaying drag queens. Our triune God says "vengeance is mine". Hell is a real place. Repent

Sleazy behaviour
I got enrolled on Prime (delivery service) without my knowledge and charged $22 per month. Apparently this is a well known complaint. They will not refund themoney

Slacking!
I love online shopping and the ease that Amazon can provide. Unfortunately Amazon is not providing much anymore. With false descriptions, "unavailable in you region" prime videos, very late delivery dates. If you call to ask about a late delivery they will cancel your order without your permission or knowledge. Amazon doesn't stand by their own promises or guarantees and their customer service may as well not even exist. At least they make returning easy…

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, just the worst ever! No human interaction, there is no way to get an issue resolved, it takes you down a path with ultimately 3 options none of which suffice! Cancelled Prime, next day delivery, absolute *ocks!

Foreign customer service line
EVERY time I call the 1-800 line it's awful. First You can't hear Them, and, if You can hear Them, You can't understand Them because They speak horrible English. There is no way to speak to someone in America. I'm not going to say anything about the 1000's of jobs They are shipping overseas.

Customer Service is Painful, Time Consuming & WORTHLESS
(1) Could not reach Customer Service rep to answer question until Order was cancelled (4+ weeks to deliver). Customer Service could only guess at the reason for the lengthy delivery. Same product direct from Seller 4-5 days vs 4+ from Seller's store on Amazon. (2) AMZ no longer allows customer to request, mandate signature at delivery. (3) delivery drivers do not knock or ring bell. (4) worthless AI customer service followed by overseas call center where English is 2nd language and they cannot answer much. IF I can find a similar price, even higher, AND more professional delivery, I buy there. eBay & AMZ are easy, yet, lousy.

Fast delivery and fantastic customer service
Can't fault Amazon for their super fast delivery and excellent customer service. Always kept up to date via email too. Bought hundreds of stuff in the last 2 years...and I often leave a feedback. Had issues with 2 sellers that I can recall, where products were either not as described and missing parts. After contacting the seller(s) first, Amazon rightly refunded my monies promptly. Stay as you are, Amazon.

Recommends this store!

Bad delivery service for prime member
As A prime member I supposed to have a two days delivery for an item to be delivered. It took five days to arrive. The worse things is the tracking number changed every time the day and the hours of delivery. I could not leave my home for two days waiting for the item to arrive. After many calls, finally my package arrived. I will never ever buy anymore from Amazon. They don’t have any respect for their client.

I ordered DNATON 2PCS 2023 Upgrade…
I ordered DNATON 2PCS 2023 Upgrade Magic Pet Toys Flying Saucer Ball. Inside my package was a cert from vendor offering gift cert for $13.00. So i sent to vendor as per instruction, only to find out they said they didnt send anything like that. add was . so i didnt get my Amazon certificate and Amazon would not honor. Even sent Amazon a copy the requested. I didnt pull the cert out of a**. posted on Amazon and they would add my review. Tells me everything.

They display what shipping is going to cost and you can select various options. For Prime members, Prime items are free 2-day shipping in qualifying areas.

It tricks you. It doesnt list how much postage is so amazon can fool you into thinking the item is cheaper than it is.

Why Amazon will not hold their vendors responsible for fleecing their customers. Won Lane ffleeced a 70 yr. Old woman with breast cancer and Amazon jumped on the band wagon and cheered for the CROOKS. Told their customer eff you won lane says your a liar. No investigation nothing for a loyal customer for many years and has spent thousands of dollars on Amazon. But now they can shove it up their cheating lying a-holes. Anybody from Amazon got and answer to the disloyalty you show to your customers and lick the butt of cheating, lying, grubbing vendors. SHAME SHAME ON YOU BOTH.

I paid for something from a seller on amazon and it never came. I didn't ever expect my money back even though I wrote to amazon about it. BUT about two weeks later I got my money back from amazon, all of it. No problem here.

This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.

Has anyone had problems with shipping to Australia?

I purchased a car seat as a new baby gift for someone in Australia. I logged on to my Amazon account in the UK. I had no problem but I do believe there was a small charge for using American dollars. I did the same thing a few years ago when I sent an Amazon card to someone in London. Again, no problem except for the small currency charge.

Actually I know that they successfully ship to China although in ordering and the only complaint that I heard of is that in ordering something requiring a plug, the customers forget that in North America, we use 115v where I'm China they use 220v. You shouldn't have any problems ordering from Amazon. I know China is a ways from Australia but still crossing the pacific so you shouldn't have an issue.
